Google: Local Searches Lead 50% of Mobile Users to Visit Stores [Study]

Google research reveals 50 percent of consumers who search on tablets or computers will also go to a store within one day. And these people are ready to buy once they are in a store, as 18 percent of local searches lead to sales, compared to 7 percent for non-local searches.
